The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to main Singapore attractions and being right near the CBD area. It is also conveniently located near affordable food markets, making it easy to find delicious local cuisine. The rooms are well-equipped with basic necessities, including comfortable beds, quilts, and 2 pillows. there is a clean RnR on the top floor and a 5kg washer/dryer available for guests to use.
The check-in process can be quite complicated, requiring pre-arrival check-in forms, downloading an app, and registering. This can be a bit inconvenient and time-consuming for guests.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From checking in to checking out, they were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location of the hotel is also excellent, as it is centrally located and within easy reach of popular attractions and dining options. The rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kitchen and fridge, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Clean room, bathroom, and kitchenette. The hotel facilities were well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to Clark Quay and the National Museum.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the clean and well-maintained rooms equipped with everything we needed. The mini kitchen, laundry, and Handy smartphone facilities were a great addition. The location was also fantastic, close to the CBD and surprisingly quiet at night. The property manager, Jarwin, was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.
Felt like home, no complaints at all.

My recent stay at Heritage Collection On Clarke Quay - A Digital Hotel was fantastic! The location is amazing, just a short distance from Clarke Quay and the local MRT station. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, multicooker, cutlery, kettle. The air conditioning was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I particularly loved the size of the shower and bathroom considering the small size of the room. Despite being warned about potential noise on the ground floor, I found the noise levels to be surprisingly low. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.
the pre-registration process using only a passport and digital check-in was a bit of a hassle.
